To make a reservation:

2. Confirmation

To confirm the booking, after checking availability, a deposit of 30% must be paid by bank transfer or credit card. The information will be sent by email or telephone, and we would appreciate receiving proof of payment.

Prior to arrival, we will be available to resolve doubts and we will send the location by WhatsApp or detailed address.

*Rules of Coexistence and Use of the Accommodation

• The number of guests must match the number of guests established for each accommodation. Higher occupancies are not allowed.
• Pets are not allowed in any of the facilities.
• It is not allowed to listen to music outside the accommodations, except with the use of headphones to respect the tranquility of the environment.
• For safety reasons, the use of barbecues is not allowed.
• Spaces for celebrations or events are not organized or given out.
• Guests are responsible for maintaining the accommodation in good condition during their stay and for reporting any damage or incident.
• Failure to comply with these conditions may result in cancellation of the stay without refund.
