Terms and Conditions
Booking and Cancellation Policy
1.1 To confirm a reservation, an advance payment of 30% of the total amount is required.
1.2 Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made up to 60 days prior to arrival date: 100% of the deposit will be refunded.
- Cancellations or modifications made up to 7 days before the arrival date: The deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance or no-shows: The full amount of the stay will be charged.
Rules of Coexistence and Use of the Lodging
2.1 The number of guests must match the number of guests established for each accommodation. Higher occupancies are not allowed.
2.2 Pets are not allowed in any of the facilities.
2.3 Listening to music outside the accommodations is not permitted, except with the use of headphones in order to respect the tranquility of the environment.
2.4 For safety reasons, the use of barbecues is not permitted.
2.5 Spaces for celebrations or events are not organized or assigned.
3. Services Included
Each accommodation includes:
- Bed linen, towels and tablecloth.
- Final cleaning.
- Firewood for the fireplace.
- Use of bicycles, subject to availability.
- Crib and high chair for infants under 3 years old (on request).
- Outdoor parking.
4. Rates and Minimum Stays
4.1 The available accommodations are: Atrojes, Tinao, Cuadra and Torreon.

4.2 Minimum stays:
- Normal season: 2 nights.
- Long weekends: 3 to 5 nights, depending on the long weekend.
- Easter, Christmas and summer: 7 nights.
5. Guest Responsibility
5.1 Guests are responsible for maintaining the accommodation in good condition during their stay and for reporting any damage or incident.
5.2 Failure to comply with these conditions may result in cancellation of the stay without refund.
