Rural lodging in Granada and Ecological Production Farm
el Cortijo
The Cortijo del Pino is a traditional 19th century building, located in the Vega of Granada, just 3 km from the city.
The farm is structured on two floors around a central courtyard with stone columns, a tower with dovecote, cistern, swimming pool and outbuildings for agricultural use.
The farmhouse houses four lodgings that have been restored maintaining the characteristics of the area and recovering most of the original architectural elements: terracotta floors, wooden decks and handmade ceramic tiles.

The building is surrounded by gardens with abundant vegetation: wisteria, lime trees, palm trees, laurels, cypresses… and on the south façade, an orange grove, the swimming pool and the solarium.
In addition to the tourist activity, Cortijo del Pino maintains an agricultural activity as a farm in ecological production of fruit trees: apple, pear, plum, apricot, fig trees…

Our location makes it possible to enjoy all the cultural offerings of the city, while staying in an agricultural building with the characteristic architecture of the Vega de Granada.
Very close to the city and at the same time far from the bustling urban activity.
Ecological Production
At present, two hectares of organically grown fruit trees are cultivated in the farmhouse: apple, pear, plum, apricot…. Their staggered production throughout the summer is destined to local consumer groups and specialized stores in the city.
We also offer the possibility of buying packaged organic products from different local initiatives: oil from Sierra Nevada, wine from the Alpujarra of Granada, goat cheese from the Sierra de Huetor and jams and juices from our own production.
